If I tapped/barely pressed the gas the idle would drop and sputter. Replacing/adjusting it made that problem go away. Unstable idle would most likely be unrelated, and caused by the IACV, which only needs to be cleaned with WD40, and the connectors cleaned as well, then readjusted. As far as oil on deceleration, that could be PCV related (are all your baffles still in the valve covers?), I suppose it could be turbo oil seals but that wouldn't be my first bet. How is your oil tree plumbed currently? Oil cooler outlet routed directly into the pan, or plugged?
